S5PF - At Last, it's Over

It feels like just yesterday since WGS has announced its return with WGL. Personally, it has been an honor for me to run this league and to see a season so successful like this. Everything was so smooth and cooperative between the admins, managers and most of all: the players. To add on to all this, WGS is most grateful to its sponsor: SteelSeries, for providing such a generous prizepool to WGL Season V; it was something that no one has expected to come along with the league. Now it's the decision time. Semi-Finals went smoothly; the Play-Offs started with a very heated fight between  x6 Vs  GaB.  Aca starting things up by defeating  EnTe in the first map, then  Kas was chosen to play next for GaB then Kas defeated 3 players from x6. First Aca, then  Tuo_Xie, and finally SworD. The savior for x6 that day was non other then the famous VortiX and defeated Kas, however next player for GaB was  ThomasG. VortiX was defeated. Leaving the final results as GaB 4-2 x6. The second and the final Play-Offs game for that week was  Poff Vs  aRi. Poff defeated the Korean team with a solid result of 4-2, but however this wasn't there day. DestroyU from aRi wiped out the whole Russian team by defeating Please, KempeR, Majestic and finally Roll. All the matches were very important to both teams, but it seemed like Poff didn't performed to how much they wanted, or they just simply underestimated the Korean team due to the fact they defeated them in the season. The final result between that was Poff 0-4 aRi all games fought hard by both sides.
So the time has come at last. The last game for WGL Season V will be between GaB and aRi. Who will be the winner between these two? We won't know until the time is come when they will fight to there hardest. GaB is known for their excellent roster composed of Kas, Acidrain, ThomasG, EnTe, Rosenkill, so it's likely 4 players will be drawn out of those 5. As for aRi they have a very distictive line-ups that they can use with 6 active players with their new addition PhANtoM that joined the Korean team last week totaling 7, compared to GaB's 5 active players seen on WGL this season.
Now once again; who will be the winner? Only time will tell, and once that time is here it will be a full scale war, with both teams giving everything that they got...
WGS Staffs wishes good luck to both teams and let's hope we can all experience a breathtaking war.

Hey all WGS fans, some of you may know that I WGS|Shinta have been without a computer for quite some time (several years), yet usually had the resources to continue admining. We started the season with a brand new blog, twitter, and facebook however soon after the start of the season I moved locations and some of these networks soon became inactive. Well, here it goes! This week marks WGL Season V Play-Off Semi-Finals. To begin this topic, I would truly thank all the teams this season who participated Season V as well as our sponsor SteelSeries for this excellent season. As stated in the past; we will not host a Play-Downs, only the Play-Offs. The Play-Offs consists of these 4 teams. So let's all take a moment to congratulate the teams who earned themselves with hard work in to the their PayDay. The Play-Offs.

 Managers: Hi everyone who stays at home today who attend this epic fail clanwar of WGS managers vs admins!
As I mentioned in my last CoBby-Statement I really love this league so I didn't even think about saying no when HaN asked me to play this epic match. I was very busy this week due to exams so I hope my mates will solve the upcoming problems of this war. (Part I)
We all don't know how everyone is doing so I bet it's a 50/50-CW with a happy ending for us, the manager. I hope there won't be any disc, cause otherways I fear admins will decide for a default win for their team....
It's a clash of the titans so better check it out! Next week when playoff's start you just see the pro's playing and the admins and manager are just observing - how boring!(Part II
